Drop in Anchor is also known as Implosion, which a small steel columns inside it, female cap thread in the end, screwed into the drilled hole in the wall, the small steel columns are constantly squeezed, the head burst open to generated frictional force with wall, fix into the wall solidly. The materials are Iron, carbon steel and other metal materials.
Application for fixing concrete, natural solid stones. Drop in Anchor IS suitable for heavy-duty range depand on the screw and the inner teeth fixed, fire equipment, air conditioning and hot water pipe exhaust pipe installation, walls, hung upside piping duct ceiling etc.
Drop in Anchos are internally threaded drop-in expansion anchors bolts for use in flush-mount applications in solid base materials. A setting tool is required in installation.
To install the drop in expansion anchor bolts, can be divided in five steps. These anchors can be used when working with hangers, handrail, machinery, shelving and light fixtures. They are best suited for light to heavy duty fastening purposes. Drop in expansion anchor bolts are available in M6-M20 to meet different construction requirements.
